Jonathan Horsman

Jonathan Horsman is a Director of Project Associates and Head of our Corporate Practice.  He was previously Head of Public Affairs for Provident Financial, a then FTSE 100 financial services group. He has over 15 years of communications experience in politics, public affairs and consumer PR. This breadth of expertise helps him to see clients’ problems from a number of different perspectives and navigate between competing interests. As well as ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service, Jonathan helps shape the strategy of the business and plays a full role in marketing and new business efforts.

Background

Jonathan studied Political Science and European Studies at the London School of Economics.  He then moved into consumer PR before spending a brief time working in politics in the mid-1990s.  Following a stint running public affairs for the Independent School’s Council, Jonathan joined Provident Financial.  As Head of Public Affairs, he coordinated all political and government relations activity in the UK and EU.  He also helped set up corporate communications functions within Provident's new international businesses, travelling widely and working closely with colleagues across Central Europe and Latin America.
